Title: Saving Sweetness

I've read a few children's picture books over the years, and I must say this one is the funniest I have come across. I was crying tears of laughter by the end. This book (along with almost all other children's literature) is best read aloud. You can even throw in some slow drawing southern twang for optimal results...that comes easy for me since I live in the South...lol!
When Little Sweetness runs away from her mean old orphanage, she needs some rescuin' (rescuing). The Sheriff's got to do some savin' (saving) before Sweetness runs into Coyote Pete! But when that there Sheriff comes along the trail of little Sweetness, it turns out she doesn't want savin' or rescuin'!
Be sure to check out this knee-slapping, hilarious picture book! I'm sure it will have a sweet spot on your memory as it has mine.
xoxo,
Kelly
